*******ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE IN FBO IS June 26, 2008****** The Contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, tools, transportation and supplies necessary to disconnect and move all radio equipment used for the operation of the Eugene Interagency Communication Center (dispatch) at the Eugene Federal building at 211 E 7th Ave, Eugene, Oregon and reinstall it at the Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) building at 3110 Pierce Parkway, Springfield, Oregon. The Contractor shall pick up and install one additional console station to the system, which will be provided by the government. The Contractor is required to install and provide all needed connectors, audio cabling, punch blocks, grounds, power cords, network cable, wiring, and make all connections and do all other work needed to make the radio equipment function properly at the new site. This includes the functioning of the UPS system, the repeaters, the microphones, and all other radio equipment. All installation work and materials shall meet the requirements and specifications of the equipment manufacturer and meet the latest industry standards. The work shall be accomplished during a 7 calendar day move period scheduled by the COR. The Government anticipates the move period to occur between December 1, 2008 and January 15 2009.
