DESC intends to competitively award three requirements for the US Embassy in Kabul, Afghanistan. The first requirement is FOB Origin for 1,500,000 gallons of diesel fuel (spec GOST 305-82; NSN: 9140-01-492-7612). The second requirement is FOB Destination for 27,000 gallons of diesel fuel (spec GOST 305-82; NSN: 9140-01-492-7612). The third requirement is FOB Destination for 7,000 gallons of unleaded automotive gasoline (NSN: 9130-01-526-4844). This is a multi-year procurement. Period of performance is 01 SEP 08 � 31 AUG 10.
