II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: Interested parties are advised that
should any other Local Authority within the West Yorkshire boundary wish
to participate in the contract during the contract period, they will
confirm and agree with the successful contractor(s), their own individual
requirements. The contract will form the basis for standard day to day
"spot" hires depending on workloads and requirements. However,
circumstances may arise whereby in specific situations the Council may
discuss and renegotiate rates with regard to extended long term hire.
