The Contractor shall lease Railway Tank Cars (RTC), 35 (Taki 35000), 36(Taki 36000), 43(Taki 43000) or 45(Taki 1000) Ton RTC, to transport JP-8. The anticipated period of leasing RTC is one year for basic period plus four one-year options. RTCs shall comply with Standards of the Japan Freight Railway Company. Draft Performance Work Satement is posted. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
