1)  Amendment to RFP FA8771-08-R-0009 P0002 is provided to reflect the administrative change to Section F, pg 11 of 25, section F002.

2) Question:  A note on soliciation RFP FA8771-08-R-0009, PAGE 11 of 25, Section F003 states "The Period of Performance under this contract shall not exceed 5 years, with a one year base period and 4 one year option periods."  This is also indicated in section 10 of the SOO.  Yet, the CLIN structures on pages 2 through 6 indicate only a base period with 2-one year options.
   We assume a total if 3 years (base plus 2 options) is correct, however wanted to bring to your attention.

     Response: A modification will be issued to correct Section F, pg 11 of 25, para F0002 to read one year base and two one year option periods as noted in the CLIN Structure and SOO paragraph 10 of the RFP posted 26 Jun on FedbizOpps.

Paragraph 5.2. Each offeror is requested to submit the information shown in Attachment L-1 for each relevant contract 14 days prior to the date set for receipt of proposals. Failure to submit early proposal information will not result in offeror disqualification.
