contract is for storage, distribution and call centre services associated

LOT NO 1
TITLE: Contact Centre services
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Capture and processing of orders for the home
compost bins. Handling of enquiries and dealing with complaints. Managing
the flow of information to/from both the order processing system and the
activities required in Lot 2 and 3.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Storage of up to 100 000 home compost bins at any

Delivery of home compost bins to individual households.
Manage one day sales when required.
Occasional collection of bins from manufacturers sites.
Collection, when required, from individual households.

III.1) CONDITIONS RELATING TO THE CONTRACT

priced in sterling and payment will be made in sterling only.
