an organisation or organisations, with demonstrable experience and skills
in community development, local networking, facilitation and working with
individuals from all sectors of the community and a wide range of provider
groups to become the "Host" of the LINk in Doncaster. The "Host" will be
responsible for the establishment, diversity of membership, and supporting
the ongoing day-to-day activities of the LINk to carry out the following
activities: Promoting and supporting the involvement of people in the
commissioning, provision and scrutiny of local health and social care
services. Obtaining the views of people about their needs for, and their
experiences of local health and social care services. Enabling people to
monitor and review the commissioning and provision of care services; and
making their views known to the people responsible for.
