The Government intends to execute an unrestricted procurement for delivery of an estimated quantity of 38,700 gallons of Liquid Nitrogen (LN2), TYPE II, GRADE B, CLASS 1 OF COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION A-A-59503A, dated, 9 Nov 06 Superseding A-A-59503, dated 1 Jun 00. The product will be delivered FOB Destination into government-owned tanks as follows with ordering period for each: Naval Air Station (NAS) Corpus Christi, TX: 1 Oct 08-31 Dec 10 estimated contract quantity per year is 7,200 gallons for LN2 and NAS Kingsville, TX: 1 Oct 08-31 Dec 10 estimated contract quantity per year is 10,000 gallons for LN2. Offerors are required to have the capability to support bulk shipments. Subject solicitation will be issued on or about 27 May 2008 and posted to the FedBizOpps web page at www.fedbizopps.gov. If you do not have Internet access, a hard copy of the solicitation may be requested. Only written, emailed, or faxed requests for solicitation received directly from the requestor are acceptable. All potential offerors should contact the contract specialist identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns.
