Expressions of interest

The State of Bahia has received a loan from the World Bank for the implementation of the Bahia Road Transportation Project (PREMAR). Part of the loan will be applied on admissible payments on eligible payments on consultant service contracts specialized on training superior level professionals indicated by the State of Bahia State Regulation Agency of Public Services of Energy, Transportation and Communication – AGERBA.

The conception the object of the Reference Term is the creation of a base model of a broad after-graduation sense of, at least, 490 hours that serve as reference for the presentation for the proposal of Course of Specialization in Regulation of Public Services for university or institutions of superior education that may plan, coordinate and execute it with 30 professionals indicated by the State of Bahia State Regulation Agency of Public Services of Energy, Transportation and Communication – AGERBA.

The DERBA – Department of Transport Infrastructure of Bahia, as executive organ of the loan, invites institutions of superior education to the presentation of interest expression with visits to the consultant services supply referring to such activities. The companies who are interested must demonstrate that are qualified to accomplish the services (paperbacks, declaration of rendering of services of similar nature and their descriptions, experience in similar conditions, staff availability with appropriate competence, curriculum-vitae, ect.). The information supplied includes at minimum: (I) social capital available; (II) demonstrated experience on the elaboration and execution of the considered services; and (III) experience of working teams in the academic area.
