Community Housing is seeking expressions of interest from Electrical
component and cable manufacturers/suppliers to assist with the delivery of
improvement to homes to meet the Welsh Housing Quality Standard by 2012.
The work to approximately 5000 homes is to be completed within 5 years of
the commencement of the framework. However Bron Afon is seeking to
establish this framework not only on its own behalf and for its own
benefit but also on behalf and for the benefit of other public bodies and
organisations of the same or similar type to Bron Afon undertaking the
same or similar activities as Bron Afon in the Torfaen Borough and / or
Greater Gwent area with whom Bron Afon may during the lifetime of this
framework enter into agreements for the provision to those bodies and
organisations of services within this framework. Successful contractor(s)
will enter into a framework agreement. Further details will be set out in
the tender documents.
