Joint Contracting Command � Iraq, Theater Wide Requirements Division, will solicit sources to provide all personnel necessary to support the Multi-National Division � Baghdad (MND-B) mobile public affairs detachment and public affairs personnel at the division level. This requirement supports the overall goals of MNF-I and the Government of Iraq (GoI). The contractor shall be responsible for adherence to all U.S. Government, Coalition and Iraqi laws and regulations associated with operations in Iraq. JCC-I anticipates issuance of the RFP on or about 20 June 2008, and receipt of proposals on or about 21 July 2008. Subject to the availability of funds, a single award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) service contract is contemplated. The contract will include one base year with two option years.
