Councils Bring Bank Network. The aim is to collect the material according
to a schedule submitted by the contractor without the skips overflowing
and causing an unsightly nuisance and deliver this material to an
authorised Waste Management Facility for processing and recycling.

VI.3) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The acceptence of any Tender will be
subject to the proper completion and submission of tender documents as set
out in the tender document available for download on www.etenders.gov.ie.
Tenders shall be priced in euros.
The lowest of any tender will not necessarily be accepted. The tenderer
must bear in full, the cost incurred in connection with the preparation of
the tender. The criteria which will be used to evaluate the most
economically advantageous tender, is set out in the Tender Documents.
Kerry County Council is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of
Information Act, 1997/2001. If the Tenderer considers any information
supplied is either commercially sensitive or confidential in nature this
should be highlighted and the reasons for its sensitivity specified. In
such cases, the relevant information will, in response to FOI requests, be
examined in the light of the exemptions provided by the Acts.
