1. quality of the methodology proposed to ensure the efficient, effective
and appropriate provision of services and documents pertaining to the
executive secretariat for the MIF and in particular to perform the
relevant tasks described in point 4.1 of the technical specifications;
weighting: 45;
2. quality of the methodology proposed to ensure the proper discharge of
the executive secretariat's duty to host, maintain, improve
(user-friendliness, meet stakeholder requirements) and update a dedicated
web site for the MIF and carry out the associated tasks; weighting: 25;
3. quality of the methodology proposed to assess the current strategic
focus of the MIF and its working arrangements and how to refocus the MIF
in order to ensure its future efficiency and effectiveness; weighting: 30.
