engage the services of a company specialised in organising and
coordinating scientific conferences. The 'ESCAIDE 2008 Scientific
Conference' is a 3-day conference and is planned to be carried out between
the dates 20.10.2008–20.12.2008. The actual date for the 3-day conference
to be decided at a later date after the award of the contract. The
conference will attract EU public health professionals, epidemiologists,
field epidemiologists and other experts in the health related sciences.
Purpose of the tender is to identify a suitable company to ensure a
successful coordination and organisation of the conference.
