Cuantumul garantiei de participare - 25.000 lei;- cuantumul garantiei de buna executie este de 10 % din valoarea totala a contractului, fara T.V.A.

Certificate constatatoare privind îndeplinirea obligatiilor exigibile de plata a impozitelor si taxelor catre stat, inclusiv cele locale, precum si a contributiei pentru asigurarile sociale de stat (formulare tip eliberate de autoritatile competente din tara în care candidatul /ofertantul este rezident): certificat de atestare fiscala eliberat de DIRECTIA GENERALA A FINANTELOR PUBLICE teritoriala încadrata în termenul de valabilitate declarat de institutia emitenta, în original sau copie legalizata; certificat privind achitarea impozitelor si taxelor locale încadrat în termenul de valabilitate declarat de institutia emitenta, în original sau copie legalizata; cazier judiciar al administratorului firmei, respectiv al persoanei care are functia de director general si/sau al actionarului majoritar.

Ultimul bilant contabil vizat de catre Administratia Finantelor Publice;
Declaratie privind cifra de afaceri pe ultimii 3 ani, din care sa rezulte ca cifra de afaceri medie pe ultimii trei ani depaseste limita impusa.

media cifrei de afaceri pe ultimii trei ani sa depaseasca suma de 2.500.000 lei.

Information and formalities for evaluating if requirements are met:
demonstrarea capacitatii tehnice si/sau profesionale a ofertantului, se apreciaza având în vedere:
- experienta, aptitudinile, eficienta si eficacitatea acestuia în functie de specificul, de cantitatea si de complexitatea lucrarilor ce urmeaza sa fie executate;
- asigurarii calitatii si resursele de studiu si cercetare (tehnica de calcul, software) de care dispune;
- nivelul de pregatire tehnica si de specialitate al personalului angajat;
- masurile de protectie a mediului pe care operatorul economic le poate aplica în timpul îndeplinirii contractului de lucrari;
- utilajele, instalatiile, echipamentele tehnice de care poate dispune operatorul economic pentru îndeplinirea contractului de lucrari;
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
o lista a principalelor lucrari efectuate în ultimii 5 ani,din care cel putin una similara cu obiectul achizitiei, însotita de certificari de buna executie pentru cele mai importante lucrari si care vor contine valori, perioada si locul executiei lucrarilor, modul de îndeplinire a obligatiilor, beneficiari, indiferent daca acestia sunt autoritati contractante sau clienti privati. Se vor confirma prin prezentarea unor documente emise sau contrasemnate de o autoritate ori de catre clientul beneficiar. Obligatoriu se vor depune copii ale proceselor verbale de receptie împreuna cu anexele de remedieri , dupa caz.O lista cu gajamentele pe anul curent.
