Municipality, Malvik Eiendom KF, invites to prequalification of minimum 5
maximum 7 engineering design groups with competence in architecture,
construction and fire engineering, electronics, HVAC engineering and
landscape architecture in connection with the reconstruction of Sveberg
School with new addition and sports hall. The existing Sveberg School was
constructed in two construction stages, 1994 and 1997, respectively. The
school is constructed as a one parallel primary school with capacity of
approx. 200 pupils. At present the school has 300 pupils. A preliminary
project shall be worked out for Sveberg School and Sports building based
on the preparatory study from 8.10.2007 by the architects "Vis-à-Vis AS"
where the school now is estimated to have a capacity of 450 pupils.
