SECTION II: OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
II.1) DESCRIPTION
II.1.1) Title attributed to the contract by the contracting authority:
Multi-use church Drøbak Frogn.
II.1.2) Type of contract and location of works, place of delivery or of
performance: Works.
Realisation, by whatever means of work, corresponding to the requirements
specified by the contracting authorities.
Main site or location of works: Ullerud Terrasse 2, Drøbak, Norway.
II.1.3) The notice involves: A public contract.
II.1.5) Short description of the contract or purchase(s): The procurement
includes lots based on Norwegian Standard 8405 in connection with the
construction of a new Multi-use church Drøbak Frogn. A new building is
scheduled which will comprises one church section on one level, assembled
with an activity house with main plane on same level as the church
section. It will be a direct connection with the two building sections.
The area of the church section is 250 m² and the area of the activity
section on the same level is approx. 600 m². The area of the lower ground
floor is approx. 300 m². The tender invitation is divided in the following
contracts:
1. Construction works for buildings (main contract).
2. Joiner's works.
3. Sanitary – heating – gas and cooling plants.
4. Electro technical system.
5. Lift installations.
Contract 1 will be administrative sub-contractor (main contractor).
Contract 2, joiner's works will be transferred to the main contractor as
sub-contract. Lots 3, 4, and 5 will be sub contracts.

LOT NO 1
TITLE: Construction works for buildings
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Construction works for buildings (main contract)
and outdoor works for a new Multi-use church Drøbak Frogn. Load bearing
structures in steel, wood, brick and concrete. Blasting works in
connection with the lower ground floor as well as cleaning out for parking
places and roads must be expected. The building will have a special
character with a number of special building details.
2) COMMON PROCUREMENT VOCABULARY (CPV): 45000000.
3) QUANTITY OR SCOPE: The new building will comprises a church section
with an area of approx. 250 m², an activity section of approx. 600 m² in
ground floor and 300 m² in the lower ground floor. Outdoor works will also
be included.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: Joiner details for a new Multi-use church Drøbak
Frogn.

5) ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LOTS:
LOT NO 3
TITLE: Sanitary – heating – gas and cooling plants
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The pipe system includes all piping works for
sanitary – heating – gas- and cooling systems, as well as outdoor pipe
system including draining. The heating system includes complete system for
water-borne heating, water heating and snow melting system. The
requirements for heating shall be covered by heat pump (included in the
contract for air treatment system) connected to background heating wells
and gas-fired boiler. The gas facility includes a gas tank situated
outdoor, evaporator and pipelines for consumer locations.

1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The contract comprises cooling system, air
treatment system as well as automatic controls and Central Operation
control system. The cooling plant comprises one heat pump connected to
background heating wells. Balanced ventilation system.

TITLE: Electro technical system
1) SHORT DESCRIPTION: The electro technical contract comprises general
electro works and telecommunication technical works. The most extensive
system is lighting which shall be strictly adapted to the architectural
aspects of the building. Telecommunication system comprises
telecommunication/data, fire detecting system, burglar alarm system,
access control system, sound system and antenna system.
