Arnold AFB, Tn has the following requirement for a basic contract for replacement of windows for Building 445 to include: removal of existing windows units and replacement with new blast resistant, double pane, insulated, 6mm (minimum) thick laminated glass (at inner pane), metal frame, window units. The contractor is to provide all materials, labor, and equipment in order to upgrade the facility to comply with Air Force industry standards. Hazardous material abatement does constitute portions of this project. The period of performance is 60 days after notice to proceed. This procurement also contains an option for replacement of windows for Building 1088 with same general requirments.. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project is between $100,000-$250,000. FOB destination.
