Pakistan Television Corporation invites applications for Pre-qualification of civil contractors for Construction of RBSs KEL & SHARDA (Neelam Valley, AJK). The estimated cost of the total job is Rs: 10.000 million. The contractors registered with Departments like C & W, MES etc. should enclose registration certificate from the respective departments.
Application along with following information / documents should be addressed to Controller Engineering Projects. FTV Complex. Sector F-5/1. Constitution Avenue, Islamabad so as to reach his office by 26.05.2008:- The Prequalification Documents shall Include: Full name of Organization, address, of its Head Office and Branch Office(s), Phone & Fax Numbers, and contact person.
Type of Firm whether limited company, partnership or proprietorship along with copies for evidence; Memorandum & Articles of Association and Paid up Capital/Partnership Deed with shares of Partners, and Registration Certificates copies. (Showing number of years in construction field/business).
Record of Firm's experience on similar nature of works executed during the last 5 years with successful completion certificates of the clients.
Details of works in hand, their names, contract value, Client, Date of start and expected completion along with copies of Work Orders from Clients.
List of Equipment, formwork, scaffolding and T & P owned by the Contractor.
Name of Firm's Directors/Partners, Engineers and other professional staff with their qualifications and experience including their PEC registration numbers and CVs.
Copy of Registration of the Contractor with Pakistan Engineering Council with proof of up to date fee paid (minimum PEC registration category C-5).
Proof of current registration with various Government/Semi Government Departments/Organizations.
Certificate from a scheduled Bank giving Contractor's current financial stability and Bank Statement for last 3 years.
Certified/audited annual accounts for the last three years showing profit and loss.
Registration with Income Tax Authorities/National Tax Number Certificate along with latest Income Tax clearance certificate and return filed with Income Tax Department.
Details of Litigation or Arbitrations or blacklisting if any, if none, an Affidavit of No Arbitration and of never having been blacklisted to be submitted.
