Sealed tenders on percentage rate basis are hereby invited, from the approved contractors enlisted in Pakistan Public Works Department who have got renewed their enlistment for the year 2007-2008, for the following works on 24-5-2008 at 2:00 PM which shall be opened on the same date at 2:30 PM in the presence of contractors or their representatives who care to attend. The tenders can be purchased upto 23 -05-2008 either from the office of the undersigned or from the office of the Deputy Budget & Finance Officer, office of the Chief Engineer (North), Pak. PWD, Islamabad during working hours on any working day.
Terms & Conditions
1) Tender should accompany the earnest money as mentioned below in the shape of deposit at call in favor of the Executive Engineer, Central Civil Division-II, Pak. PWD. Islamabad, otherwise tender shall not be entertained.
2) Latest Registration Certificates from Income Tax/ Sales Tax Departments should be available with the participants contractors before opening of tenders.
3) No tender will be sold by post or on the date of opening the tenders and the cost of tenders as mentioned below is non-refundable.
4) The competent authority reserves the right to reject any one or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
5) Other terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours.
6) The tenders pertaining to Aiwan-e-Sadr Islamabad, President Camp Office Rawalpindi and President House Murree will be issued to the contractors authorized by Aiwan-e-Sadr authorities.
