Pre-Solicitation Notice for RFP 60181-8-R038; River Diversion Structures, Arapaho NWR, Walden, Colorado. The requirement is to provide all equipment, labor, and material required for DESIGN and build river diversion structures and associated turnout structures. Work also includes removing existing structures. The new structures shall be designed and built to accommodate the life-cycle movements of aquatic species, including native fish and trout. Estimated value of the project is $30,000 to $100,000. This will be a full and open competitive solicitation. The NAICS code is 237990. The Small Business Size Standard is $31,000 million. Evaluation will be on technical capability, past performance and price. References will be required for similar projects performed in past 3 years. The RFP will be posted on or about May 19, 2008, and will close on or about June 18, 2008. Effective October 1, 2003, all contractors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR), website www.ccr.gov. Effective January 2005, all potential contractors are required to log into ORCA and complete the representations and certifications, www.bpn.gov.
