Scope of contract: The Consultant will conduct independent review of the quality of data reported to MCA-Armenia by its Implementing Entities, Contractors, and data acquired through any surveys financed by MCA-Armenia or data received from any other sources and used for measuring the progress of the MCA-Armenia program.
