The US Army RDECOM AC, Natick Contracting Division on behalf of the Naval Health Research Center, Detachment Environmental Health Effects Laboratory plans to negotiate and award a contract to the Hamner Insitute on a sole source basis to conduct a scientific study to examine exposure to Middle East particulate matter and cigarette smoke.The Principal Investigator is an acknowledged leader in the field and will provide the expertise and oversight for this effort.
