Tenders for execution of under mentioned works arc hereby invited (on lot basis) from the approved/Registered Govt, Contractors/Firms who have renewed their enlistment for the year 2008.Tcndcrs in sealed covers to be submitted in the office of the GSO-2 (Works) HQ NA Scouts Gilgit on 24 May 2008 up to 1000 hours and will be opened on the same day at I UK) hours in presence of the contractors or their authorized reps who chose to be present.
Tender documents can be obtained From the office of the Executive Engineer (Works Section) HQ NA Scouts on cash payment (non refundable) on any working day on or before 23 May 2Q08 on written request of the contractors.
Application requesting for issue of tender copy must be supported, with the following documents: a) Registration with PEC in original in the relevant category/trade duly renewed for year 2008.
b) Details of works executed during last five years with any Executing Agency with documentary proof.
c) Details of similar nature qf works executed if any with documentary proof.
d) Financial position supported with bank transactions statement of last six months.
e) Non-litigation certificate with Government department.
f) Affidavit regarding authenticity of all above information duly attested by Oath Commissioner.
2% Earnest Money in shape of call deposit form any scheduled Bank of Pakistan in the name of Director General N A Scouts Gilgit should be appended with the tender documents.
Tenders in sealed cover will be opened at 1100 hours on 24 May 2008 in the office of the Project Director (N A Scouts) Gilgit.
In case tenders arc not accepted then next date for opening of the fresh lender will be 30 May 2008 at 1100 in the office the project Director.
Director General Northern Area Scouts Gilgit reserves the right to accept or reject any oral) the tenders with out assigning any reason thereof.
