National Highway Authority (NHA) intends to procure following Maintenance Contracts on Motorways under annual Maintenance Plan 2007-08.
Interested pre-qualified contractors in respective categories with General Manager (Motorways) Office at Balkassar (2007-2008), may collect tender documents on 28-05-2008 during office working hours from the office of General Manager (Motorways) on production of Demand Draft / Pay Order for Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) as cost of production of documents for each tender in favour of General Manager (Motorways) National Highway Authority against non refundable fee as mentioned above. The tender will be issued subject to the deposit of earnest money in the shape of Demand Draft / Pay Order. The contractor whose progress is slow / unsatisfactory on the already awarded work shall not be eligible to purchase the tender.
Tenders will be received on 04-06-2008 up to 1130 hours and will be opened at 1200 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
