The purpose of this requirement is to provide elevator preventive maintenanceand repair services for the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center. This contract will require emergency service calls which will be made as needed. The vendor will also be asked to quote an hourly rate for services not covered under the contract as routine service or maintenance. This includes repairs, renovation or upgrades. There are 21 elevators and 3 dumbwaiters that need to be covered under this contract.
