This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in
English.

The Canadian Forces College (CFC), Toronto, Ontario, provides
professional military eduation for selected members of the
Defence Team for the command and control of the Canadian Forces,
across the continuum of operations in joint, interagency,
multinational and public environments. The Canadian Forces
College is Canada's centre of excellence for developing the
Defence Team to the highest intellectual and professional
standards for effective command and control of the Canadian
Forces. The newest programme at CFC will be the National
Security Programme (NSP). The Canadian Forces College has a
requirement for a contractor to provide between three and seven
qualified resources to act as Senior Directing Staff for two
sessions of the National Security Programme to be held at the
Canadian Forces College, Toronto, Ontario. The requirement will
be for the period August 2008 to June 2010. Please refer to the
Request for Proposal document for complete details.

THERE IS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.

1.     The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the
performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid
Facility Security Clearance at the level of NATO SECRET, issued
by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate, Public Works
and Government Services Canada.

2.     The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to
CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must
EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of
SECRET, granted or approved by the Canadian Industrial Security
Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada
(PWGSC).

3.    The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to NATO
CLASSIFIED information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must be
citizens of a NATO member country and EACH hold a valid
personnel security screening at the level of NATO SECRET,
granted or approved by a NATO national security authority.

4.     The Contractor/Offeror MUST NOT remove any CLASSIFIED
information from the identified work site(s), and the
Contractor/Offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware
of and comply with this restriction.

5.     Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to
be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

6.     The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of
the:

    (a)     Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if
applicable), attached at Annex C;
    (b)     Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
