a) The cost of tender schedules once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances
b) The applications for tender schedules shall be accompanied by i) Copy of registration certificate as Class II ii) Copies of experience certificates in proof of having executed work details at (13) above. iii) Separate DDs towards cost of tender ( Rs.3,375 /-) and towards EMD (Rs.1,13,000/- or Rs.1,69,500/ - as the case may be.)
c) The APGENCO reserves the right to reject any and / or all the tenders without assigning any reasons there for
d) Bidding documents will be issued to the prima facie qualified bidder. However, such issuance of bidding documents will not automatically mean that such a bidder is considered qualified. The details furnished along with the tender schedules will be examined in detail as per the requirement of the bidding documents and his eligibility will be established accordingly
e) APGENCO reserves the right to amend or modify the tender and its conditions before opening of Tenders under intimation to the tenderers.
