Sealed Tenders are invited from reputed firms, which are registered with Income/ Sales Tax Departments for immediate supply of the following items/ services as per Large Taxpayers Unit Karachi’s requirements: -
(1) The terms & conditions and other specifications of each item will be available on the “Tender Document” which may be obtained from the office of the Secretary Purchase Committee during the office hours.
(2) The bidders shall furnish earnest money in shape of Pay Order equivalent to 3% of the estimated value of their bids, in favour of Director General, Large Taxpayer’s Unit, Karachi.
(3) The bids should reach in this office 15 (fifteen) days of the publication of this tender Notice, during office hours (i.e. 09:00 – 16:00 hrs).
(4) Any type of correcting fluid or over writing will not be acceptable on the Tender form and only typed quotations will be considered.
(5) All government taxes will be deducted as per law/ rules.
(6) The bidder should enclosed a copy each of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration No. and CNIC.
(7) The Director General, Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi reserves the right to cancel all or nay bid either in full or in part, without assigning any reason.
