Term & Conditions
1) The quotation in sealed envelope subscribing our tender number and date of opening of tender on left top of envelope must reach before a day on the date of opening only by courier or register post through R&I, PIEAS. Tender would be received at 1330 hours date of opening.
2) The quotation in sealed envelope subscribing our tender number and date of opening of tender left top of envelope must reach at 1330 hrs. up to the date of opening.
3) The tender would be opened in presence of bidders who may care to attend but must be intimated prior to 48 hrs. for security verification.
4) The tender would be opened on _20-05-2008_at 1400 hours in the presence of bidders who may wish to attend.
5) Necessary technical literature/brochure must accompany the quotation to assess suitability of the items.
6) No brand other than the specified in the documents will be acceptable.
7) The firms operating from their residence should not participate in the tender if detected subsequently at any stage are liable to be rejected.
8) The delivery must be made within prescribed date of delivery of supply order at our premises at the cost of the supplier. A penalty of 2% per month shall be imposed to a maximum of 10% beyond the stipulated delivery period. Even one-day delay will be considered as one month.
9) The earnest money 2% of the quoted value in the form of Bank Draft/Pay order in favour of Pr. Accounts Officer, PIEAS Nilore Islamabad must accompany the tender, failing which the tender is liable to be rejected. (Cheques are not acceptable.)
10) The validity of the rate should not be less than 90 days fro the date of opening of tender.
11) The programming Manuals, Services Manuals, User Manuals, Operating Manuals, Schematic Diagrams and Services Information must be supplied along with stores wherever applicable.
12) Stipulated delivery period will not be extended.
13) The competent Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
14) Tender must be supported with Sales Tax Registration Number and NTN Number.
15) Rates should be quoted in (Rs, Local Currency) exclusive of sales Tax, sale tax will be charged extra. (if applicable )
16) Rates and specification all of the items should be quoted on Letter Head Pad.
17) Rawalpindi/Islamabad and any others cities participating firm will be strictly bound to deliver the store on Nilore basis. (Bilty will not be acceptable).
