Terms & Conditions: (1) Tender documents containing detailed specifications and other terms and condition can be obtained on non-refundable tender fee of Rs.3000/- in the shape of bank draft/ crossed cheque in favour of Divisional Forest Officer Afforestation Division Sanghar at Khipro, from 3rd May, 2008 during office hours.
(2) Tenders are required to be furnished with earnest money of 2.5% of bid value in shape of Pay Order/ Call Deposit in favour of Divisional Forest Officer, Afforestation Sanghar at Khipro.
(3) Tenders will be received back on 17th May, 2008 at 10.00 am and will be opened on same date at 11.00 am in presence of all intending bidders.
(4) Competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason(s).
