Firms/Contractors those are not on the approved list of OGDCL but registered with Pakistan Engineering Council & enlisted in category "A" with other Govt 7 Semi Govt. Deptts. like PWO, MES, NHA. FWO etc. and interested for carrying out above works may also purchase the tenders on submission of following documents along-with their application:
1) Name of firm with Memorandum/Article of Association.
ii.Valid Registration with PEC in the respective category.
iii Proof of enlistment with Govt./ Semi Govt. Organizations in category "A".
iv Certificate of financial standing from a Scheduled Bank.
v Works in hand with details indicating the locations, cost, commencement and completion dates
vi) Details of similar works completed during the last 03 years with performance repon from the department.
vi.National Tax No. (NTN) and Certificate of Income Tax Deduction from resiwctive Departments.
viii) List of Tools. Plant & Machinery stating complete information about number, model make & capacity be.
List of Technical & qualified staff presently working with firm.
x.Details of Arbitration / Litigation cases, if any.
xi. The affidavit that the firm has not been blacklisted by any Govt ./Semi Govt, or stats owned organization.
xll Performance certificate from the client/Engineer-in-Charge ot the work.

All bids must be accompanied by the Bid security at the rate of 2% of the quoted cost of the tender in form of Pay Order/Deposit at Call issued by the scheduled Bank of Pakistan In favour of OGDCL. Islamabad.
The bids shall be delivered In the office of Chief Engineer (Contract) bX 1100 hours on 03-06-2006. which will be opened as per given schedule In presence of bidders rep. who choose to attend.
The bidder shall fill in the rates and price of all items of the works described in the Bill of Quantities. Items against which no rate or price is entered by the bidder will not be paid for by the employer which executed and shall be deemed covered by the rates for other items and price in the Bill of Quantities
Any bid not accompanied by an acceptable bid security (In Original) shall be refected by the employer as non-responsive.
Bid received after the dead line for submission of tenders as prescribed above will be returned on-opened to tenderer.
If at any stage, any coriceairnent /suppression / distoruon of the facts is detected it would be sufficient cause to withdraw the issuance of tender and to cancel the contract if already awarded.
OGDCL reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids, at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby Incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders or any , obligation to inform the affected bidder or bidders ot the grounds for Employer's action.
