Electricity, transmission and ancillary services, for ultimate delivery to U.S. Army Natick located in Massachusetts �11,401,712 kWh. No award will be made to an offeror who at the time of award is not on the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilites approved list of alternative retail electric suppliers (ARES). The Government is soliciting offers for a 18-month delivery period (beginning with meter read occurring in the month of July 2008 through the meter read occurring in the month of January 2010). Any contracts awarded will be Firm Fixed price (FFP) Requirements type. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation is available. This announcement and the document, which can be accessed at the URL identified below, constitute the only solicitation. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and has incorporated provisions and clauses as in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-21. Additional requirements may be added by Amendment. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered.
