Sealed tenders are invited from the manufacturers/ authorized dealers for the supply of the following vehicles with accessories on the conditions given below:
(1) Tender should reach the office of the undersigned by 15.05.2008 (02:00 P.M.) and will be opened on 16.05.2008 at 10.00 A.M.
(2) Call deposit 2% of tender value must be accompanied with the tender.
(3) First free service from authorized workshop will be responsibility of the supplier.
(4) Damaged parts etc. detected within on month of supply will be replaced without additional payment.
(5) Income Tax and Sales Tax (if any) will be deducted at the government’s prescribed rates.
(6) The undersigned reserves the right to accepting/ rejecting any or all tenders without assigning any reason.
