Sealed tenders are invited from all interested contractors / suppliers / firms / companies for the following works under PPRA Rules 2004.
Terms & Conditions: (1) Tender documents can be had from the office of Town Officer (I&S), TMA, Baldia Town on 30.04.2008 during office time after depositing the pay order of the tender as given above in the above office and production of pay order of earnest money in shape of pay order in favour of TMA. Baldia Town, Karachi.
(2) Tender will be opened on 15.05.2008 by the Town Municipal Officer, Baldia Town; and Town Officer (I&S), Baldia Town at 11:30 A.M. in this office, TMA, Baldia Town, Main Hub River Road, Baldia Town, Karachi, in the presence of Town Nazim, and the participants.
(3) In case tenders were not received on the above date, then the same will be issued on 16.05.2008 during office time and will be opened on 19.05.2008 at 11:30 A.M. Any conditional & incomplete tender will not be accepted. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning reason thereof.
(4) If the contract work could not be completed in schedule time, the contract work will be cancelled.
