Sealed Tenders for the following works are hereby invited by the undersigned from the approved Contractors of Civil Aviation Authority or any Federal/ Sindh Government registered contractors for the works detailed below.
Terms & Conditions: (1) Tenders will be issued to those contractors who have sufficient experience of such type of work and have also financial resources to complete the work in time.
(2) Interesting contractors must attach renewal certificate for the year 2007-08 with application while requesting for issuance of tender.
(3) Copy of up to date registration with Pakistan Engineering Council should be attached with applications.
(4) Tender will be received on the date fixed for opening as mentioned above up to 12.00 noon and will be opened on the same date at 12.30 pm in presence of bidders.
(5) Tender form can be purchased from the office of the Corporate manager works, Works Division Civil Sindh Hyderabad Airport on the payment of coat of tender in shape of pay order (Non-Refundable) on any working days up to 13th May 2008. The pay order of required amount should be in the name of Civil Aviation Authority.
(6) No Tender will be sold on the date fixed for opening of tenders.
(7) Earnest Money in the favour of Civil Aviation Authority should be submitted in the shape of pay order/ Bank Draft along with the tender.
(8) The Civil Aviation Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reason thereof.
(9) No tender will be considered even lowest if earnest money in shape of pay order/ Bank draft is not attached with the tender.
