It is the responsibility of the contractor/Bidder to ensure that their ETS registration is valid (i.e. not expired) through the life cycle of the tender. The ETS registration is open to all existing contractors of PWD-AS, contractors not registered with PWD-AS may abtain per missing from the chief engineer, PWD, (NH works).
