Sealed Tenders are invited as per PPRA Rules 2004 from the interested persons/ contractors for procurement of the following stores for Directorate of Labour, Karachi and Hyderabad.
Terms and Conditions of the Tenders: (1) Tender documents can be obtained from the Cashier, Directorate of Labour, Government of Sindh, Block-86, Sindh Secretariat, IV-B, Court Road, Karachi immediately after publication of this Tender Notice on payment of Rs.1000.00 (Rupees One Thousand only) (Non-refundable).
(2) Tender must be accompanied with a pay order of Rs.10,000.00 (Refundable) being earnest money.
(3) The tender should be dropped in the Tender Box at Directorate of Labour, Government of Sindh, Block-86, Sindh Secretariat IV-B, Court Road, Karachi, by 11.30 a.m. on or before 20/05/2008.
(4) The tenders will be opened on 20/05/2008 at 1.00 p.m. at Labour Department’s Committee Room, Second Floor, Sindh Secretariat No. 2, Court Road, Karachi in presence of the tenderers who may wish to be present.
(5) Rates to be quoted inclusive of all taxes, transportation and packing charges. Conditional tenders will not be considered/ entertained.
(6) The competent authority reserves all rights to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
(7) Successful bidder shall supply the stores within 15 days of the Supply Order at Office of Director Labour Sindh, Block-86, Sindh Secretariat IV-B, Court Road, Karachi and Office of Additional Director Labour, Nasimnagar Chowk, Qasimabad, Karachi. Details of quantity to be supplied at Karachi & Hyderabad can be seen in tender document.
(8) Tender must be accompanied with following:
(i) Registration with Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments (NTN Certificates) and copy of NIC.
(ii) Undertaking on Affidavit that the firm is not involved in any litigation or abandoned any work in the Department.
(iii) Affidavit to the effect that the Firm/ Contractor has not been blacklisted previously by any executing agency.
(iv) Affidavit to the effect that all documents/ particulars/ information furnished are true and correct.
(v) In case of Firm, list of Partners/ Partnership Deed, giving full particulars of Directors/ Proprietors or others connected along with Power of Attorney. In case of being sole proprietor such undertaking on Affidavit be furnished.
