The NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi invites applications from reputable and specialized firms for Interior Decoration, Furnishing and Uplifting Works of the Auditorium and other Halls for pre-qualifications. The applications. The application for pre-qualification with necessary documents must be duly completed, signed and stamped.
The firms are required to furnish following information:
Postal address, Phone, Fax Nos. and E-mail address.
Evidence of registration of firms whether ownership, partnership, give details.
List and details of technical staff with evidence of their technical qualifications and experience.
List and details of tools, equipment or machinery available with the firm.
Proof of registration with Income Tax Department & NTN Number.
Proof of Financial Stability.
List of similar nature of works completed during last 3 years with satisfactory completion certificate issued from the client.
List of works in hand with copies of work orders.
List of sister concern and petty firms for Electrical, HVAC and plumbing works with proof of their completed similar works.
Complete information regarding Workshop/ Service Center.
Affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper stating that the above information is correct.
The applications should reach the Controller of Services, NED University of Engineering and Technology, Karachi latest by 24th May 2008.
The University reserves the rights to accept or reject any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof. Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
