Sealed Bids are invited from security cleared contractors registered with strategic organizations for the outsourcing of under-mentioned works so as to reach on May 20 2008 by 1330 hours at P.O Box No. 1675, Islamabad.
The tender documents along with terms and conditions can be obtained from Mr. Muhammad Hanif Abbasi (Cell: 0300-9746759) by making a request in writing on firm’s letter head accompanied with Rs. 1000/- (Non-refundable) in the shape of demand draft in favour of Accounts Officer at Rest House, Sector G-8/3, Near Norri Hospital, Islamabad separately for each Tender form 0800 hours to 1600 hours.
The tender should be accompanied by 2% earnest money in the shape of deposit at call in favor of Account Officer, P.O Box No. 1675, Islamabad. Tenders without earnest money of 2% of the quoted price or lesser amount shall be automatically rejected Conditional tenders shall not be considered.
The tenders shall be opened on the date and time as mentioned at the address given in the tender documents in presence of those who so desire.
Onus of postal delays in the delivery of tender shall rest with the tenderer. The envelopes should be super scribed by Tender No. and its Due date.
The tenderers shall ensure delivery of their tenders well in time. Tenders received after date / time of opening shall not be entertained. Validity of the tenders shall be 120 days from the date of opening.
Tenders containing cutting and overwriting shall be rejected forthwith unless duly attested by the authorize signatory.
The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any tender (in part or whole) without assigning any reason whatsoever.
