(1) LESCO (WAPDA) intends to purchase the following 11KV Incoming Panel through open tender under its own local funds without involving any foreign exchange element the basis of free Delivery to Consignee’s (C-Type Store Old KLP or LESCO Ware House Chichukimallian).
(2) Interested Pre-qualified/ Registered firms may obtain further information from the office of: Manager Material Management LESCO (WAPDA), 22-A Queens Road, Lahore, Pakistan. Tel: +92-42-9204820-30 (Ext. 300), +92-42-9204842, Fax No. 92-42-9204843, Website: www.lesco.gov.pk.
(3) A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased on the submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs.1000/- w.e. from 30th April 2008.
(4) All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than (2%) of total Bid Price and must be delivered to the above office on or before 17 May 2008 at 1030 Hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 Hours in the presence of Bidder’s representatives who choose to attend immediately after the time set for the bid receipt.
The bidders must quote for one or more complete lots. Bid covering only a part of the lot will be rejected.
