1) Application are invited for pre-qualification of contractors for the following works so as to reach the undersigned on 12-5-2008.
Construction of 02 Nos. Industrial Building at POF Hvelina Cantt.
Estimated cost 37.342 Million
Modification (Addition / Alteration) of Existing Industrial Building at POF Havelian Cantt
2) Parties Having Experience, Capability and Resource May Apply Along with the following information and Documents
a) Partnership Deed, article of Association or Registration of Firms Certificate.
b) Proof of Enlistment with other Departments.
c) Certificate regarding financial soundness from a Scheduled Bank.
d) List of Similar works amounting to More Than Rs. 10 Million Completed During The last 05 years along with names and Addresses of Clinets and copies of work orders.
e) List of works in hand along with names and Address of clients.
f) Details of Tools and Plants.
g) Particulars of permanent staff, their qualifications and Experience.
h) An affidavit the firms has not been engaged in litigation with any client during the last five years.

i) An affidavit the firm has never been black listed by any department.
j) Certification of payment of income Tax and Professional Taxes.
k) Copy of registration with Pakistan engineering council.
3) Contractors already working with POFS need only to furnish particulars on works in hand oust side POFs with the address of Clients.
4) Separate Application for each work should be forwarded.
