The Chairman, Tender Board, Deputy General Manager (RSC-S&U), National Water Supply & Drainage Board, will receive sealed tenders for following tenders at or before 14:00 hrs on 28.05.2008.
Tender opening date & time:- 28.05.2008 at 2.00 p.m.
Tender documents may be inspected and collected from the office of the Assistant General Manager (Uva) of National Water Supply & Drainage Board, New Road, Bandarawela, between 09:00 hours to 12:00 hours and from 13:00 hours to 15:00 hours on normal working days up to 27.05.2008.
Tenderers or their authorized representatives will be permitted to be present at the time of opening of tenders. Tenders will be opened at the office of the Assistant General Manager (Uva) immediately after closing of tenders.
Sealed tenders may be dispatched either by registered post to the Chairman, Tender Board, AGM's Office, NWSDB, New Road, Bandarawela or hand delivered to tender box kept at AGM's Office, Bandarawela.
For item No: 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 & 07 Tender documents will be issued only on production of letter of request for documents on a business letterhead for those tenderers who have the required ICTAD registration in the field as mentioned above. For item No. 08. Tender documents will be issued only to tenderers who are manufacturers or local accredited agents who are experienced in works of a similar nature. Tender documents may be inspected at the office of the Assistant General Manager (Uva) free of charge prior to collection if desired.
