Sealed Tenders are invited for purchase of following Machinery & Equipment/Furniture & Fixture etc as per detail given below:-
Terms and Conditions:
i) Tender should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 14.05.2008 at 10.30 AM. which
will be opened by the Purchase Committee in the presence of firms/dealers on same day at 11.00 AM
ii) Earnest Money @ 3% of the total estimate of tender m favour of FBS must be attached with the tender failing which tender will not be considered.

iii) The rates should be valid upto 30,h June. 2008
iv) The successful bidder will have to supply the required items with in a week positively after receipt of work/supply order failing which order will be cancelled and earnest money will be forfeited in favour of Government.
v) Payment of bills will be made after receipt of cheque from AGPR, Islamabad.
vi) The bidders should be registered with Sales Tax/Income Tax Department. GST will be applicable and Income Tax will be deducted from the bill at the prevailing rates under the rules rules.
vii) FBS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason
viii) The Quantity of items can be increased or decreased keeping in view of the budget position/requirements of the sections.
