Supply One (1) Chassis Crew Cab 17,500 lb. 7,937 kg. G.V.W.R.

Supply and Deliver one (1) 17,500 G.V.W.R truck with EMS package. The vehicle briefly described shall be in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions of the Request for Tender contained herein.

The Truck as described within will be delivered fully operational and ready for its intended immediate use. The delivery address shall be within the geographical boundaries of the City of Ottawa.

The City of Ottawa intends to award to the lowest responsive bidder meeting and/or exceeding specifications contained herein should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Ottawa.

Period of Contract:
The period of contract shall extend from date of award of contract to delivery and full acceptance of the vehicle(s). The initial warranty period(s) of contract shall begin upon the delivery and full acceptance of the vehicle(s) specified and equipment required and shall also be extended to, and include a) the full product warranty period(s), b) any additional optional warranty extension period(s) exercised by the purchaser of the vehicle and c) all current and future applicable manufacturer product warranty(ies) not received at time of purchase.
