Defence Construction Canada – Abbreviated Proposals for Operation and Maintenance Services - Environmental Services, Operation and Maintenance of the Product Recovery Remediation Systems at the Upper Tank Farm (UTF), 5 Wing Goose Bay, Newfoundland

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes and guidelines of the province and the professional association(s) wherein this project will be implemented, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from qualified firms to provide environmental services for the operation and maintenance of the product recovery remediation systems at the Upper Tank Farm (UTF) area at 5 Wing Goose Bay, located in Happy Valley – Goose Bay, Newfoundland and Labrador.

The purpose of this request for abbreviated proposals is to select one (1) qualified firm who will then sign an Agreement with DCC.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposal document. The criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise, and approach and methodology. The highest ranking firm selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to negotiate an Agreement with DCC.

This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

The budget estimate for this Project is in the order of $1,000,000

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposal on the forms that are available from MERX by calling 1-800-964-6379.

To be considered, Abbreviated Proposals must be received at the following address, no later than 14:00 hours local time on June 19, 2008.
