INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources Regional Office No. 5 (BFAR RO 5), San Agustin, Pili, Camarines Sur is inviting interested suppliers to apply for eligibility and subsequently to bid for Meals and Accommodation for the Fishery Law Enforcement Team (FLET) Training (1st & 2nd Batch) under SUMACORE Project intended for the Province of Albay (1st Batch: Manito, Legaspi City, Sto. Domingo & Malilipot; 2nd Batch: Tiwi, Malinao, Tabaco and Bacacay).

1st Batch (7 days): 40 pax: 3 pax in a room, 6 resource speakers/PMO Staff (2 in a room)

2nd Batch (7 days): 40 pax: 3 pax in a room, 6 resource speakers/PMO Staff (2 in a room)

Required Amenities (1st & 2nd Batch):

1. Free use of function hall (air-conditioned)
2. Free backdrop/streamer
3. Free flowing coffee with creamer/tea
4. Free use of overhead projector/LCD with screen, microphone and lectern
5. Free one (1) room for secretariat
6. Free use whiteboard marker and eraser
7. Free power usage for equipments
8. Free use of van to shuttle the guest/resource speakers to and from the airport

The Approved Budget for the Contract to be Bid is Nine Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Pesos (Php966,000.00) only. Source of Fund GOP.

Interested suppliers shall conform to the Eligibility Criteria under GPPB Resolution No. 07-2006 of Section 23.11.2 of IRR-A of R.A. 9184. Likewise, they shall be registered with the G-EPS pursuant to Section 8.5.1 of same Act and its IRR-A.

Tender and Bid Forms are available from the BAC Secretariat at above address until the closing of office hours on May 16, 2008 upon payment of non-refundable amount of Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (Php3,600.00) only to the Regional Cashier.
