The Bureau of Soils and Water Management through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufactures/distributors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : Supply and delivery of Microbial Inoculants (used as biofertilizer preferably bacterial based) under the GMA-Corn Program
Location : SRDC Bldg, Quezon City
Place of delivery : BSWM, Diliman, Quezon City
Approved Budget for the Contract : P 14,000,000.00

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last two years [2006-2007]. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use the non-discretionary "pass/fail" criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding Conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).

Bid Documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment to the Bureau of Soils and Water Management Cashier of a non-refundable amount of P 5,000.00.

The Bureau of Soils and Water Management assume no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of the bid.

The Bureau of Soils and Water Management reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or informality therein, or accept any bids/s or offer/s, which it may consider to be advantageous and beneficial to the government.
