contract to analyse the current state, opportunities, challenges and
socio-economic dynamics of healthcare services, sectors and products in
Europe. The objective is to provide a comprehensive, comparative
(underpinned by statistical data) and macro-level analysis of the economic
relationship between needs and status, health investment and economic
growth, development and employment. Particular attention should be given
to the following healthcare sectors, services and their products:
healthcare, economic analysis, market analysis and relevant
products/services legislation.

II.2.1) Total quantity or scope: The maximum amount necessary to perform
the first contract period is estimated at EUR 160 000. In renewed, the
amount necessary for the second contract period is estimated at EUR 75
000.

Description of these options: a negotiated procedure may be used according
to Article 126, 1(f) of Commission Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002
