SOURCES SOUGHT Demolition of Facilities The purpose of this sources sought notice is to obtain information from capable firms with the ability to perform building demolition at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. The Government is seeking interested Small Businesses, Emerging Small Businesses, Certified 8(a)s, Certified Hubzones, and/or Service Disabled Veteran firms who can perform this work. Prospective contractors should be registered with CCR and ORCA. The anticipated work to be performed includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all management, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials necessary to accomplish demolition work and abatement of lead based paint (LBP), lead containing materials, and asbestos containing materials at Altus AFB, Oklahoma. Work also includes site restoration, to include seeding and grading, following demolition and minor facility restoration following abatement and selective demolition.
